Student Impact exists to help students follow Jesus, and everything we do stems from that underlying purpose. We believe God came to earth 2000 years ago in a man named Jesus, who was an amazing example of living out the ways of his (and our) Heavenly Father, and we want junior high and high school students to find the peace and hope and purpose Christ came to provide
But we know Jesus also had fun with his friends, and he designed us to enjoy good times as well, so we think fun plays a major rule in growing healthy in the faith. So we host some sick retreats, go to some crazy camps, and get down-n-dirty playing laser tag from time to time. There’s always another great activity just around the corner.
But the heart of our student ministry is SI itself, when we get together once a month for a definite purpose – to grow stronger in the faith. Youth pastor Austin Tucker keeps everything running smoothly, and if you’re in this age group, “Auch” is always ready to invest in your spiritual life.
